Dataset on the application of machine learning to assess the quality of food products. Case study: coffee bean

The dataset includes: training history and convolutional neural network (CNN) model. The training history is a record of information about the learning progress of the model, including, information about the values of the cost function or the accuracy of the model on the training and test sets at successive epochs. The CNN model is a neural network structure that is used to analyze spatial data, such as images, and consists of convolutional, pooling and fully connected layers that learn to detect and process patterns in the input data.
