Serum and Nasal Fluids Proteomics dataset

This study was approved by the Ethics Committee on Scientific Research of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University (No. 2023-211), and written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to surgery. NFs were collected using the Nasal Fluids Absorption Device (NFAD), which was developed in our laboratory. Cytokine levels of nasal fluids (NFs) and serum samples were analyzed using the Target 96 Inflammation panel from OLINK Proteomics® (Uppsala, Sweden).
