Operative temperatures of permanent and temporary water bodies

This dataset contains the operative temperatures of several permanent and temporary water bodies, where different tadpoles` populations were collected between December 2019 and February 2024. The microenvironmental temperatures were recorded using automatic temperature loggers (iButton, Maxim, United States of America), which were placed at the bottom of the ponds where the individuals were collected. Temperatures were recorded with a frequency of 30 minutes during approximately one month, in coincidence with tadpoles’ activity and water bodies’ duration. This dataset is part of Luciana Gordillo`s PhD thesis.
