通过调控固化界面的粘附性质并利用单液滴打印,使系统同时具有低的液体粘附,确保连续打印过程中单液滴三相接触线的退浸润行为,可精准实现单液滴完全转化为所设计的3D结构。这能够极大提升液滴利用率,降低材料损耗与成本,实现高材料利用率的一滴成型,有利于拓展打印方法的应用场景。本数据集以不同性质界面的单液滴成型过程为监测对象,主要包含单液滴成型监测装置示意图与实物图、单液滴成型基底制备示意图、单液滴成型基底表征装置与结果以及单液滴在实际应用场景下的成型过程图。

By regulating the adhesion properties of the curing interface and utilizing single-droplet printing, the system can simultaneously exhibit low liquid adhesion, ensuring the dewetting behavior of the three-phase contact line of individual droplets during continuous printing, and accurately achieve the complete conversion of a single droplet into the pre-designed 3D structure. This significantly enhances droplet utilization efficiency, reduces material waste and production costs, realizes one-droplet molding with high material utilization ratio, and facilitates expanding the application scenarios of the printing method. This dataset takes the single-droplet molding process on interfaces with distinct properties as the monitored target, and primarily contains schematic diagrams and physical photographs of the single-droplet molding monitoring device, schematic diagrams of the preparation of single-droplet molding substrates, characterization equipment and corresponding results of the single-droplet molding substrates, as well as images of the single-droplet molding process in practical application scenarios.
