O-RAN Out-of-Order Message Dataset Generated with FlexRIC: Control-Plane Logs, KPIs, and ML-Ready Anomaly Labels

This dataset provides structured control-plane logs, performance metrics, and Out-of-Order Message (OOM) annotations generated using FlexRIC within an O-RAN-compliant environment. It captures multiple operational scenarios, including baseline behavior, multi-E2-node operation, xApp termination, intentional message reordering, and high-load stress conditions. Each scenario includes timestamped RIC logs, detailed OOM records, and KPI summaries that characterize system behavior under varying message-ordering disruptions. The dataset is designed to support systematic analysis of O-RAN control-plane reliability, benchmarking of xApp behavior, and the development of machine-learning models for early detection and mitigation of OOM events.
