资源简介:
Studies of distribution and abundance of zooplankton were performed in a) Amundsen basin (89-88oN drift) and b) Nansen basin (four stations in the MIZ and two stations in the open water). In Amundsen basin, stratified (200-100m, 100-50m, 50-0m) and graduated (200-0m, 100-0m, 50-0m) tows were done with a WP-2 net (0.5 m2 mouth area, 180 µm mesh) in August 2001. In Nansen basin, 100-0m vertical tows were done with a WP-2 net (0.5 m2 mouth area, 180 µm mesh) in July 2001 The ship was Swedish icebreaker Oden. Geo-referencing of stations was done with a GPS in latitude/longitude using 4 decimals. In both basins Calanus glacialis and C. hyperboreus dominated zooplankton biomass.
