Research data and analysis code for network-guided computational prioritization of gut microbiota-associated metabolites in sepsis-associated intestinal injury

This dataset contains the processed research data, analysis scripts, intermediate results, and supporting files associated with the study on network-guided computational prioritization of gut microbiota-associated metabolites in sepsis-associated intestinal injury. The deposited materials include processed transcriptomic validation results, network construction files, GO and KEGG enrichment outputs, PPI/STRING-related results, candidate metabolite prioritization results, molecular docking summary files, compact docking input files, and R scripts used for reproducible analyses and figure generation. The dataset is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and verification of the computational analyses reported in the accompanying manuscript. Public database identifiers used in the study include GEO: GSE202261; PDB: 1TUP, 2AZ5, 3MVH, 5FUC, and 8RYS; and PubChem: 3744 and 5280443. No individual-level human subject data are included in this deposited package.
