RNA sequencing of B-ALL bone marrow and central nervous system xenografts. B-ALL bone marrow and CNS xenograft RNA-seq

Primary human B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells from 6 pediatric and adult patients were engrafted in to immunodeficient NSG mice by intrafemoral injection. Human cells were subsequently purified from the bone marrow and central nervous system (leptomeninges) of 43 mice and subjected to total RNA sequencing.
