The Transcriptome of Coffea arabica leaves infected by the rust fungus Hemileia vastatrix at 21 days after inoculation. The aim of this study was to identify transcripts from the coffee plant and the coffee rust fungus expressed during the interaction from plant tissue infected by the fungus. A goal was to determine the origin of the transcripts (plant or fungus) using comparison to extrinsic and intrinsic databases.
