This deposit contains exactly the aggregate statistics printed in the article - Tables 1-5 and headline dataset metrics from the 2026-06-01 snapshot of the IPRATE research database (17,923,291 application records in the 2004-2026 analysis window; 31 national registers, EUIPO and EPO): applications by right and route, representative attribution, market concentration (HHI, top-five shares), cross-border representation, and exploratory outcome/pendency associations. A README provides column definitions and interpretation caveats. It contains no application-level microdata, no firm-level data and no representative names. EU-level rows are extract-attribution shares, not population representation rates; outcome figures are descriptive associations only (see README).
