资源简介:
Currently, tendinopathy treatment is mainly based on generalized treatments such as improving circulation and reducing edema, and there is a lack of targeted intervention targets. This study was based on proteomics to analyze the expression of inflammatory immune regulatory signaling pathways to identify targeted intervention goals. 26 male Spraque-Dawley (SD) rats of 6 weeks were selected to construct an overuse tendinopathy model through an 8-week treadmill training intervention. After intervention, the rats with tendinopathy were divided into injury group (L group: 8 rats), rest group (R group: 8 rats), ESWT treatment group (ESWT group: 5 rats), and PRP treatment group (PRP group: 5 rats). 5 normal male rats of the same age were selected as normal group (PR group). Proteomics and Bioinformatics analysis was performed to analyze the effects of inflammatory immune signaling pathways involved in tendinopathy and repairment of tendinopathy.
