ReGal is a novel senescence probe for the detection of beta-galactosidase activity that is compatible with mass cytometry. ReGal has been validated in cells in Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts (MEFs) in culture and a senescence model (etoposide-treated MEFs) and has been applied to primary mouse peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). These data are being released concurrently with submission of a manuscript for publication.
