[Candida] auris breed:Candida | cultivar:Haploid Transcriptome or Gene expression

The emerging fungal pathogen C. auris exhibits remarkable resistance to antifungal drugs and environmental stresses. Currently, we have limited knowledge about its biology and pathogenicity. In this study, we conducted piggyBac transposon-mediated mutagenesis and genome-wide genetic screens in C. auris. We uncover a novel stress response mechanism in C. auris, which could underlie its high virulence.
