Medulloblastoma from Human patients and mouse model Raw sequence reads

This project contains raw sequencing files produced by hMe-seal sequencing using human medulloblastomas and normal cerebella as well as medulloblastomas derived from SmoA1 mouse model and normal cerebella to understand abnormal epigenetic modification in MBs. It also contains RNA sequencing data using tumor and normal cerebella from SmoA1 mouse model as well as primary cultures of SmoA1 mouse model after chemical treatment to understand the correlation between epigenetic alteration and gene expression.
