To investigate the role of PLK1 in melanoma progression, we introduced the overexpression of PLK1 to the BRAFV600E/PTEN-deficeint melanoma mouse model. After tumor induction, we harvested the tumors and performed the RNA-seq to analyze the expression profile of tumors from either cohort respectively. Overall design: RNA-seq profilling of tumors from BrafCA/+ / Ptenloxp/loxp and BrafCA/+ / Ptenloxp/loxp / Plk1 mouse
