We report the H3K27 trimethylation profiles in Arabidospsis wild type and clf mutant plants before and after high humidity treatment. We find that many genes display a different H3-lysine 27 trimethylation level in the clf mutant plant compared to Col-0 plant. In addition, high humidity also influences H3K27 trimethylation profiles in both genotypes. Overall design: Examination of global profiles of histone 3 lysine 27 trimethylation in two plant genotypes in response to high air humidity. Please note that each processed data was generated from both *input and *H3K27me3 samples and is linked to the corresponding *H3K27me3 sample records.
