This project involves cultivating Brassica napus seedlings for 10 days, subjecting them to either salt stress treatment or normal growth conditions. Each sample is divided into aboveground (including cotyledons and true leaves, abbreviated as leaves) and belowground (including roots and portions of the hypocotyl, abbreviated as roots). Samples are collected at 0, 1, 3, 6, and 12 hours after treatment, with three biological replicates for each sample type, resulting in a total of 54 RNA-seq samples. These samples include 3 samples each for leaves and roots at 0 hours, 6 samples each for leaves and roots at 1, 3, 6, and 12 hours under normal growth conditions, and 6 samples each for leaves and roots at each time point under salt stress treatment.
