Expression data from mesenchymal stem cells isolated from the bone marrow of tumor-bearing NeuT mice and relative BALB/c controls

We performed gene expression profiling of bone marrow-mesenchymal cells (BM-MSCs) isolated from BALB/c and NeuT mice at 12 and 24 weeks of age, representative of early and late stages of breast cancer tumorigenesis, respectively. BM-MSCs were purified from the femurs and tibias of mice by immunomagnetic beads (CD45-, Ter119-, CD11b-, CD11c-, CD3-, Gr1-, B220-) and phenotypically characterized by flow citometry prior the transcriptome analysis (CD45-; CD29+; CD44+).
