面向住建、城管等具备燃气行业监管职能的部门，提供面向燃气企业经营、燃气工程、燃气管道设施、燃气厂站、工商业用户、居民用户等六大场景的全面监管监督能力，压实企业主体责任，履行自身监督职责；防控因家底不清、政企协同不足、企业职责未履行等导致的燃气安全生产事故。

This dataset provides comprehensive regulatory and supervision capabilities across six core scenarios: gas enterprise operations, gas engineering projects, gas pipeline facilities, gas plants and stations, industrial and commercial users, and residential users, for authorities with gas industry regulatory functions including the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and urban management departments. It helps enforce the principal subject responsibility of gas enterprises, enable the relevant authorities to fulfill their own regulatory duties, and prevent and control gas safety production accidents caused by unclear asset inventory, insufficient government-enterprise collaboration, enterprises' failure to perform their due obligations, and other relevant factors.
