Gene expression profile at single cell level of total dorsal dura mater cells

This dataset was generated using adult wild-type mice and is part of a project profiling multiple different tissues. Single cell gene expression profiles were studied using 10x Genomics Chromium Single Cell 3' RNAseq platform. Dorsal dura mater pooled from 4 individual mice were pooled together and dissociated to single cells by mechanical dissociation and enzymatic digestion.
