Gene expression profile at single cell level of total dorsal dura mater cells

This dataset was generated using adult wild-type mice and is part of a project profiling multiple different tissues. Single cell gene expression profiles were studied using 10x Genomics Chromium Single Cell 3' RNAseq platform. Dorsal dura mater pooled from 4 individual mice were pooled together and dissociated to single cells by mechanical dissociation and enzymatic digestion.本数据集以成年野生型小鼠为实验材料构建，隶属于一项针对多种不同组织开展组学表征的研究项目。研究采用10x Genomics Chromium单细胞3'端RNA测序（RNAseq）平台，对单细胞基因表达谱进行分析。将4只小鼠的背侧硬脑膜组织混合后，通过机械解离与酶消化的方法将组织解离为单个细胞。
