To elucidate the downstream transcriptomics changes in reponse to TDO2 alteration including shRNA knockdown, overexpression and TDO2/IDO duak inhibitor treatments in human triple-negative breast cancer cell lines. Each condition with biological triplicates. Human triple-negative breast cancer cell line BT549 with TDO2 overexpression (OE) in compared with control empty vector (EV); BT549 with shRNA TDO2 knockdown (shTDO2-082 or shTDO2-098) vs. shNegative control (shNeg); BT549 at forced suspension culture treated with TDO2/IDO dual inhibitor AT0174 for 48 hours ; SUM159PT at forced suspension culture treated with TDO2/IDO dual inhibitor AT0174 for 48 hours
