The repository includes the following scripts: from_video_save_jpg_2_selected_slices.ijm – saves selected slices from video stacks as JPEG images. nCh_czi_processing_montage_results_in_folders_.ijm – processes multi-channel confocal .czi images and generates montage outputs organized by folder. Quantification_for_surface_FGF2GFP.ijm – quantifies FGF2-GFP fluorescence intensity at the cell surface. Quantification_GUV_analysis_pore_formation.ijm – analyzes GUV fluorescence intensity and pore formation events.
