This record contains Supplementary Table 8 from the publication "DNA hypomethylation traits define human regulatory T cells in cutaneous tissue and identify their blood recirculating counterparts" by Beumer, N. et al. The table contains all annotated insertion sites of transposable elements in the human genome (hg19) and adds information whether these overlap with regions of differential methylation or differential chromatin accessibility between human skin Treg cells and human blood CD45RA+ Treg cells.
