To elucidate the underlying therapeutic mechanisms of Gui-qi-yi-shen granules (GQYS) in the treatment of IgAN, we have employed transcriptome sequencing of 9 mice kidney samples. 155 differentially genes were identified between IgAN and control groups, with 125 upregulated and 30 downregulated. Meanwhile, 403 genes differed between GQYS and IgAN groups, including 171 upregulated and 332 downregulated genes. RNA-seq profiling of kidney samples from wild-type C57/BL6 mice, Itgam-IRES-hCD89 mice and Itgam-IRES-hCD89 mice which were daily gavage with GQYS for 5 months.
