Each volume contains a statistical summary for the year followed by the minutes of the Committee arranged chronologically by date of sitting. Information at each sitting is given under the following headings: subject of enquiry; names of committee members; date of accident; place; the number and type of appliances involved; station; name of driver; reports etc.; finding; followed by the signature of the Chairman of the Committee. This is followed by a memo detailing the action taken regarding the fireman involved.
