Zhihu Community Q&A Dataset on Internet Medical, Disease and Public Health Topics

The Q&A datasets were obtained from the topics of "Internet Healthcare", "Diseases", and "Public Health" in the Zhihu community. The data fields of each Q&A document include the topic, question title, question description, answer content, and label.本问答数据集采集自知乎社区的互联网医疗（Internet Healthcare）、疾病（Diseases）与公共卫生（Public Health）三大话题。每份问答文档的数据字段包含话题、问题标题、问题描述、回答内容及标签。
