苏杭科技汽车印制电路板沉铜清洗及VCP工序生产质量分析数据集

该数据集主要包含：
1、实时追溯检验数据集：包括生产时间、操作员工号，能够实时采集生产过程中的每片PCB板的生产质量数据，为公司提供全面、准确的数据支持；
2、扫码成功率分析：包括工单数量、已读数量、扫码成功率等，可以对沉铜清洗及VCP生产的每片PCB板的工艺缺陷、生产参数异常等进行分析，避免潜在质量问题；
3、报表生成与公布：包括生产型号、生产批号、工单数量、已读数量、扫码成功率、生产时间、操作员工号等每日信息进行全面、直观的自动生成，让生产人员对质量不合格的产品及时排查当时的生产状况。

This dataset mainly includes the following three components:
1. Real-time traceability and inspection dataset: It covers production time and operator ID, and can collect the production quality data of each PCB board throughout the production process in real time, providing comprehensive and accurate data support for the company;
2. QR code scanning success rate analysis: It includes indicators such as work order quantity, number of successfully read records, and scanning success rate, which can conduct analysis on process defects and abnormal production parameters of each PCB board in copper sinking cleaning and VCP production, so as to prevent potential quality problems;
3. Report generation and distribution: It can automatically generate comprehensive and intuitive daily reports covering production model, production batch number, work order quantity, number of successfully read records, scanning success rate, production time, operator ID and other information, enabling production personnel to timely review the production status corresponding to unqualified products.
