Ultra-deep, hybrid metagenomic sequencing of canine gut microbiome

Our study comprehensively evaluated the reliability of microbiome methodologies by testing five DNA purification methods, seven library construction techniques, and four sequencing approaches on a single stool sample, alongside using a Microbial Community Standard to validate the efficacy of these methods.
