This repository contains the analysis code and processed trophic‑guild datasets used in Mendoza M. “Discrete trophic attractors in the human gut microbiome” (ISME Journal, 2026, in review). It includes the AMD‑based pipeline, guild‑level richness matrices, Trophotype labels, and the genus‑to‑guild dictionary required to reproduce the main analyses.
