Attractor distributions in chaotic motifs.

Classifications of asymptotic states reached by tests for each of the 105 TLSs in Fig. S1 with random parameter distributions, initial variable conditions and self-regulations. TFLs which can produce chaos (chaotic motifs) in the above tests are listed in the Table. More motifs can be found with more extensive searching among the rest of TFLs, however, their probability is extremely low. The amount of chaos is counted out of every tests. The indexes of the motifs are given in Fig. S1.
