资源简介:
We present a new two-dimensional (2D) map of total Galactic extinction Av across the entire dust half-layer from the Sun to extragalactic space for Galactic latitudes |b|>13 deg, three-dimensional (3D) map of Av within 2 kpc of the Sun and corresponding extinction estimates for galaxies, quasars, SN Ia, globular clusters, open clusters, and dust clouds. These maps and estimates are described by George Gontcharov et al. 2025 in a paper published in Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics. The 2D map contains 3,991,111 rows =cells in the sky as one file final2Dall.txt (Table 1 of our paper), while the 3D map contains 87,985,878 rows =spatial bins over the sky presented in many files, such as final3D__SGP_177.txt, ..., final3D_1595_NGP.txt sliced by Galactic latitude (Table 2 of our paper). The format of the tables is described in the paper. The map estimates are provided for various classes of extended celestial objects with angular size primarily in the range of 2-40 arcmin, including 19,809 galaxies and quasars (Table 3 of the paper), 8,293 Type Ia supernovae (Table 4 of the paper), 170 Galactic globular clusters 9Table 5 of the paper), 458 open clusters (Table 6 of the paper), and several hundreds molecular clouds from two lists (Tables 7 and 8 of the paper).
