Differentiating Sauropod from Thyreophoran Tracks: Insights from the Late Jurassic Villette Tracksite (Jura, France)

The supplementary materials uploaded for this research include 3D models and a dataset. The study analyzes a trackway (VILL-01) from the Late Jurassic Villette tracksite in eastern France, using photogrammetry and morphometric analyses to compare it with other Deltapodus-like and sauropod tracks. High-resolution photographs were captured using a Canon EOS 90D camera and a DJI drone, then processed into 3D models using Agisoft Photoscan Professional Edition. These supplementary materials provide detailed visual and quantitative data to support the study’s ichnological interpretations.
