Gut Microbiome Response to Heat Stress in Two Rabbit Maternal Lines

Heat stress significantly affects livestock productivity and health, particularly in rabbits, due to their physiological vulnerabilities. This study investigates the impact of heat stress on the gut microbiome of two maternal rabbit lines: A (standard longevity line) and LP (a robust line founded using longevity criteria). The objective is to study the relationship between environmental conditions, genetic lines, and gut microbiota.
