According to the characteristic of Bacillus, we isolated dozens of strains by using heated sample from natto(Beijing,China). These strains were cultured and fermented, respectively. By determining MK-7 titer in the whole fermentation broth using HPLC, a strain that can produce MK-7 was isolated and named NB205.
