Whole genome sequencing of blastocyst culture medium, trophectoderm and blastocyst-stage embryos using MALBAC-NGS

A total of 123 samples were collected from 22 patients focused on the application of preimplantation genetic testing for structural rearrangements (PGT-SR) protocols on blastocyst culture medium (BCM) , trophectoderm (TE), and blastocyst-stage embryos (BE) specimens (123 samples, 41BCM, 41TE and 41 BE from 22 consenting couples who were referred to CRs)
