To find the most stable cell line by comparing the gene expression quantification of the transcriptome of the 9th to 12th generations of the 5 cell lines. We demonstrated that the human hepatocellular cell line MHCC97H has a very stable transcriptome. Overall design: Quantitative analysis of gene expression of RNA-seq data for HCCLM3 cell,HCCLM6 cell,A549 cell,Hela cell and MHCC97H cell.Multi center, multi batch and multi platform comprehensive evaluation of MHCC97H cell transcriptome stability.
