Transcriptome sequencing of Arabidopsis lines producing hydroxycinnamoyl tyramine conjugates. Arabidopsis thaliana

The goal of this study is to analyze the transcriptome of engineered Arabidopsis lines that produce hydroxycinnamoyl tyramine conjugates. This will help to gain insight into the defense mechanisms conferred by tyramine conjugates during microbial infection.
