资源简介:
Background: Research conducted in field experiments 2014-2017 years the site of production of wild strawberry mother plants in the agricultural cooperative \"Gardens of Siberia\" in the Novosibirsk region (Russia) in the subzone of the drained forest-steppe of the Ob region. The soil is grey forest. The study aims to evaluate the multifunctional effect of a preparative mixture of strains of saprotrophic bacteria of the genus Bacillus on garden strawberry plants under conditions of production of wild strawberry mother plants. Results: The authors found that the pre-planting treatment of strawberry seedlings with a suspension of a mixture of strains of saprotrophic bacteria of the genus Bacillus (B. amyloliquefaciens (RCIM) B-10642, B. amyloliquefaciens (RCIM) B-10643, B. subtilis (RCIM) B-10641 - in equal proportions, at a concentration of 1 × 105 CFU/ml) increased their survival by an average of 20.5% relative to the control, providing a pronounced anti-stress effect. The degree of damage to the leaves of strawberry white spot decreased 1.2-1.8 times due to the drug's immunizing effect. Treatment with a mixture of bacterial strains stimulated an increase in the length of the aerial part by 15%, the length of the root system - by 19%, biomass of strawberry plants - by 20%, and also stimulated vegetative reproduction of strawberries - the number of daughter outlets increased by 31.8%. Conclusions: The preparative mixture of bacterial strains has a multifunctional effect on plants. It is a promising tool for expanding the arsenal of biological methods for increasing the efficiency and environmental stabilization of the production of strawberry planting material.
