SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT WITHIN AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

This article analyzes the role and importance of supply chain management in agricultural enterprises. It highlights the importance of effective organization of processes from raw material supply to product delivery to the final consumer. It also considers the advantages of innovative approaches and the use of digital technologies at the stages of logistics, storage, processing and distribution. The article emphasizes the need to optimize the supply chain due to the perishable nature of agricultural products. In addition, the issues of increasing competitiveness by reducing costs, ensuring product quality and safety are also discussed. The results of the study show that the introduction of effective management mechanisms is important in ensuring sustainable development in the agricultural sector.
