Multi-Block Vibration and Motor-Current Dataset from an Industrial Wire-Drawing Machine
收藏资源简介:
Condition-monitoring records from a production wire-drawing machine with eight sequential drawing blocks (Blocks 2-9), logged at a fixed 30-second cadence between 7 January 2026 and 26 February 2026 (47,706 records, 33 active production days) across three run-to-maintenance cycles. Each record contains a timestamp, per-block motor current, per-block RMS vibration velocity, per-block RMS acceleration, per-block peak acceleration, and overall line speed. The dataset accompanies the paper 'Account for Evaluation Leakage in Vibration-Based Wire-Drawing Machine Diagnosis' and supports the study of evaluation leakage, label validity, and cross-episode generalization in vibration-based predictive maintenance. Analysis scripts that reproduce the paper's evaluation protocols, tables, and figures are included
