We aimed to use next-generation sequencing that may provide intriguing insights into the molecular pathways mediating anti-tumor activity for HSP90 inhibitor, SNX2112 in papillary renal cancer. Our findings uncovered unique set of target genes and pathways of significance in papillary renal cancer that have potential to be translated into clinically effective therapeutic strategies for patients. Examination of treatment of drug SNX2112 in Papillary renal cell cancer (PRCC).
