NOTE: Effective 03/31/2025. Sarasota County has contracted with new service providers. The changes in your pickup day will not begin until March 31, 2025. The Waste Pickup Zones layer shows solid waste and recycling pickup zones by day of week for unincorporated Sarasota County. Each zone is symbolized (color coded) for the day of week that Sarasota County Solid Waste and Recycling Solid Waste Collection Providers is scheduled to perform collection services. Note: This layer contains an area or zone designated as 'Contract' and displayed as 'Outside of Service Area'. For residents located within this zone, they may self-haul to an appropriate collection center. For businesses located within this zone, they will need to contract services with the franchise's hauler to handle garbage, solid waste, recyclables and yard waste.
