Mineral data for plagioclase, pyroxene and amphibole phenocrysts from the Waiteariki Ignimbrite, Tauranga Volcanic Centre, New Zealand

This dataset contains core and rim major and minor elemental data for phenocrysts of the Waiteariki Ignimbrite, Tauranga Volcanic Centre, New Zealand. Plagioclase and pyroxene were analyzed via SEM-EDS and amphibole via EPMA. Crystals were analyzed using polished thin sections from 5 stratigraphic intervals throughout core ES112, in addition to loose crystals hand-picked from a bulk-ignimbrite sample. A full description of the methods used and overview of standard data is available within the companion paper.本数据集涵盖新西兰陶朗加火山中心（Tauranga Volcanic Centre）怀泰里基熔结凝灰岩（Waiteariki Ignimbrite）斑晶的核心与边部主量及微量元素数据。其中，斜长石与辉石采用扫描电镜能谱仪（SEM-EDS）完成分析，角闪石则通过电子探针显微分析（EPMA）进行检测。本次分析的晶体样品来源包括两部分：一是取自ES112钻孔全孔5个地层段的抛光薄片，二是从大块熔结凝灰岩样品中手工挑选的游离晶体。相关配套论文中完整记载了本研究采用的实验方法，并对标准数据概况进行了概述。
