Simulated transcriptomic dataset for: Cytokine-Mediated Transcriptional Remodeling in Sepsis-Related Myocardial Dysfunction

This dataset contains synthetic RNA-sequencing expression values generated to model transcriptional changes in sepsis-related myocardial dysfunction. The data were created using a negative binomial simulation approach parameterized with empirical dispersion coefficients derived from human cardiac transcriptome studies.
