VPRS 18914 Sub-Acute Care Working Group Agenda, Minutes and Papers

This series comprises agendas, minutes and papers of the Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) (VA1048) / Melbourne Extended Care and Rehabilitation Service (MECRS) (VA5265) Sub-Acute Care Working Group. This Working Group was a committee made up of representatives of both RMH and MECRS when these two institutions were still operating as separate entities. This was prior to the renaming of MECRS as the RMH - Royal Park Campus in 2005, when it became the RMH's Sub-Acute services campus. The role of the Working Group was to investigate and facilitate joint and streamlined sub-acute care services. These services included patient access, discharge planning, as well as short-stay, ambulatory and continuing care in the aged care and rehabilitation services.
