Structural, geochronological and geochemical data collected in Lemnos and Aghios Efstratios Islands

This dataset accompanies the publication "From extension to strike-slip faulting along the western prosecution of the North Anatolian Fault in the Northern Aegean Sea: structural, geochronological and geochemical constraints" by L. R. Berio, E. L. Dantas, A. Kylander-Clark, R. L. Muniz, M. Pizzati, F. Storti, G. Viola and F. Balsamo published in Tectonics. The Excel file named Berio_et_al_Tectonics_Data contains all data presented in Figures 2-15. Structural data are reported in the format strike/dip angle adopting the "right-hand rule" (i.e. dip direction in 90° clockwise from strike) and slickenfibers/striations on fault planes are expressed as rake or pitch (i.e. the angle of slickenlines on fault surfaces measured clockwise from the strike of the fault surface and spanning between 0 and 180°). δ 18O and δ 13C data of different generations of syntectonic calcite cements sampled in veins and slickenfibers are provided. C and O stable isotope data are referred to the international standard V-PDB. The analytical precision for the carbon isotope determination was 0.10‰ V-PDB and that for the oxygen isotopes was 0.15‰, whereas the prediction uncertainty was c. 0.15‰ for carbon and c. 0.20‰ for the oxygen isotope.
