Raw Py-GC/MS CDF files | Training dataset

This archive contains raw Py-GC/MS CDF files for 30 samples used to evaluate and benchmark the Pyromics software. The dataset consists of 15 tension wood (TW) and 15 opposite wood (OW) samples. These files serve as a training and testing set for the Pyromics data processing pipeline. For group identification, even-numbered files belong to the TW group and odd-numbered files belong to the OW group. Results derived from this raw data are available in the associated publication.
