BAT_CICA_rats_mRNA-lncRNA-circRNA

BAT total RNA from the CICA and CTRL groups (n= 4 rats per group) was extracted, using TM miRNA extraction kit #TR205-200 following the manufacturer’s instructions and checked for a RIN number to inspect RNA integrity by an Agilent 4200 TapeStation (Agilent technologies, Santa Clara, CA, US).Qualified total RNA was further purified by RNAClean XP Kit (Cat A63987, Beckman Coulter,Inc.Kraemer Boulevard Brea, CA,USA)and RNase-Free DNase Set (Cat#79254, QIAGEN, GmBH, Germany). 8 samples RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) assays were performed. C1-C4 are samples in the control group while S1-S4 are samples in the CICAl group.
