中国3-17岁儿童青少年骨骼肌参照标准

来源于国家十二五重大科技支撑计划全国多中心研究项目骨密度体成分研究,在全国7省自治区直辖市,采用分层整群抽样的方法,对3-18岁儿童青少年进行骨骼肌检测,采用双能X线金标准检测技术对体成分进行评估,根据纳入排除标准对数据进行整理后,10818名儿童纳入本研究,采用LMS曲线平滑技术对数据进行平滑得到中国3-18岁儿童青少年骨骼肌的性别、年龄别和性别身高别的百分位曲线,并以均值减2倍标准差作为骨骼肌发育异常的判定标准。
This dataset originates from the national multi-center research project on bone mineral density and body composition, supported by the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan Major Science and Technology Support Program. The study was conducted across 7 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government of China. Stratified cluster sampling was adopted to conduct skeletal muscle mass examinations for children and adolescents aged 3 to 18 years. Body composition was evaluated using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA), the gold-standard detection technology. After data curation according to pre-defined inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 10,818 children were enrolled in this research. The LMS curve smoothing technique was utilized to smooth the raw dataset, yielding gender-specific, age-specific, and gender- and height-specific percentile curves for skeletal muscle mass among Chinese children and adolescents aged 3 to 18 years. The criterion for identifying skeletal muscle developmental abnormalities was set as the mean value minus two standard deviations.
