Declaration of Conceptual Priority Personal Intelligence and Shared Emotional Memory (2025) In Light of the TECNO OpenClaw Platform (2026)

This document establishes the conceptual priority of a research framework developed and published throughout 2025 concerning Shared Emotional Memory (SEM), Personal Intelligence, and the Companion model rooted in a developmental‑educational paradigm. In March 2026, TECNO announced its OpenClaw platform and EllaClaw assistant, featuring concepts such as continuous memory, proactive behavior, and local data processing elements that show significant overlap with the 2025 framework. Geographic access logs from Academia.edu Hong Kong (TECNO's registered headquarters) and Vietnam (a key market) during the months preceding the OpenClaw announcement. Despite three documented attempts to contact TECNO through official channels, no response was received. This declaration serves to document the temporal, conceptual, and circumstantial evidence in the public interest and to reaffirm the necessity of academic attribution under the CC BY 4.0 license.
